Rental Information
When ?
My Cyclades house is open for rental from April to November .
In July and August, rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
You take possession of the house no later than 4 p.m. and must return it no later than 11 a.m.
How many people can our house accommodate?
The house has 3 bedrooms and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 7 people .
Will you have to share the house?
No. You will be the only tenants of the house.
At what price?
The price varies from 1000 to 2300 euros per week, depending on the season and the number of people.

What does the rental include?
We provide sheets, towels or kitchen towels . Beach towels and sheets are not provided.

Who welcomes you?
Our friend Yakovo will welcome you . He will accompany you to the house and help you settle in. Please note, he will accompany you but will not transport you. Perfectly bilingual in English, he will be your contact during your stay.
Is there heating?
It is not necessary from April to October because the days and nights are already mild. Only the main bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer.
Is it easily accessible?
The village of Lagkada is a mountain village with many steps in its streets. In addition, to reach the house you have to take either a path or a fairly steep alley. The house is therefore not easily accessible for people with mobility problems.
Can we cook in the house?
Yes, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a combination oven, as well as many accessories.
Are we a guest house or a B&B?
We are not a guest house as we do not prepare breakfasts.
We are not a bed and breakfast because we welcome you.
